Ordered 2 pizzas, only received 1. Contacted the store was told that my other pizza was still there. Supposedly getting... redelivered. Called the store back after 45 mins. A man answered the phone, no name was given. Was told my pizza should be onits way. Then just hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I will never go to this location ever again. Read more

We ordered a pizza and it never got to our house, we waited 30-45 minutes. We called the pizza place and the guy said it was... already delivered awhile ago and it still hadn?t been delivered. They told me the pizza was delivered to the boyfriend, I haddelivered the pizza to my mother. My mom doesn?t have a boyfriend and lives by herself. They were giving me an attitude becausesupposedly it was delivered to the wrong address, when I tried to explain what was going on the guy hung up on me without evenlistening to what I had to say. Then when the pizza was finally delivered, they gave my mother a hard time and weren?t wantingto even give it to her. I?ve never had such a bad experience with these people before. Read more
When I tell you this was the worst pizza I have ever had from Papa John. I am a Papa John fan, so please know I do not post this... lightly. I have been on a no carbs diet, so this was my treat for losing 10 pounds. So disappointed. I only had 5 pepperonis ona large pizza, I paid for extra cheese did not receive it, bacon was no where in sight. The spicy sausage was somewhat okay. Theveggies was MIA. I will give them another shot because maybe they were having a bad day but I will no longer order from thestore on Florida Ave in Tampa FL. I placed an order for pick up, and arrived right on time. All of the workers looked mad, like they didn?t want to be there, and... look like they could care less. I paid for my food and gave the name on the order. I moved to the side so the other threecustomers could pay as well. All of the other customers receive their food when they paid and I stood there for 10 minutes.While standing there I watched the phone ring continuously. I watched the workers go over to the phone and turn the volume downand walk away. I watched them make all of the food with no gloves and a mask. I watched them hang out and talk and play aroundand completely ignore customers in the phone. I finally Asked, can you see if my order is ready? Please? And it was sittingthere waiting the entire time I was standing there. So unprofessional. Disgusting. Dirty. Lazy miserable workers. Will never gothere again. Read more
I am ONLY giving it a 1 star for this one encounter. That are 5 star any other time. I placed a takeout order and they... cancelled it. I called to verify and they asked me to hold. Could have been busy, this happens. 4 minutes later and noanswer. I called back, they picked up and sent me to an advertisement hold. Asked about my order, and the carryout is closed? So they force you to spend the extra money, you do not want to pay for delivery fee. Called at 10pm. They are open untillmidnight. If pickup was not available, don't allow the option.
