This place is actually pretty good! The workers are nice and polite, the food is tasty, and you don't have to wait that long for... said food. All in all, a good experience. Read more

We ate at the airport before flying. The help was easy to communicate with and very lighthearted. Delicious chicken and awesome... potatoes. First time at PDQ. It won't be the last. Read more

Terrible service! Young ladies need to learn professionalism and pay attention to their customers and not worry with trying to... find from taking orders. I would literally never eat here again! See the photo attached. Employees hiding! Read more

The food is good -- think Chic-fil-A but with fewer options and no nuggets or sauces. However, the assembly process seems... confused and slow. The worker putting the sandwiches into boxes either didn't label them or did something else confusing, because the other staff had to frequently check the contents and consult with the sandwich-making worker. There are only 3sandwich options on the menu, so I'm not sure why it was so confusing. But I waited about 20 minutes after placing the order forit to be ready. Each sandwich gets placed in its own little box for some reason. Are there really no labels on the boxes? Iordered the spicy chicken, but it was actually a bit bland, not spicy enough. Tender, sure. Overall, I think it's a littlepresumptuous to name your store "People Devoted to Quality" but then have such an inefficient assembly line. In an airport, people are often rushed and in a hurry. If you don't have a half hour of time before your flight boards, maybe consider lookingelsewhere for food. But if you do have time, the food is decent here. Was it the "best chicken sandwich 4 years in a row" (asadvertised on a poster here, quoting a review of some kind)? Not really, but it was good. It could have been greatly helped outby some signature sauce. Read more

The chicken here is very good and for a decent price. Just about everything is a Tenders meal. Even the sandwiches are prepare... with tenders as the meat instead of a patty, but still very good. I don't recommend eating here if you are in a rush on aSaturday. Most days it's a very quick process, but Saturdays it can take a minute because of the high volume of customers. Theyhave great sauces and their tenders come in grilled, crispy, or spicy. All are pretty good. Read more
