Don?t enjoy leaving a review like this. I ordered the 12pc Spicy Nuggets at the drive thru. They are quite small! I?m all about... quality so if they are incredibly good I would be ok. But not the case here. And the familiar flavor of *used for too long* deepfry oil before changing to fresh, was in full effect here. You may get fresh oil when you visit?! Not quick or accurate! Only had a vehicles I front of us and still took long to get our food. Just fried chicken can?t imagine... if they actually had a variety on their menu. Got our food at the window checked the bag and a whole meal was missing?. Afterall the waiting they couldn?t even get right. Read more
I am very picky when it comes to my food and fast food restaurants but this Manager at this PDQ is the nicest guy I've seen in a... very long time as far management goes. I wish I would've asked for his name but this particular PDQ is located on 4th str. inSt. Petersburg. I was there only twice but this guy remembered my order from a week ago which was very difficult because it isso weird. Spicy chicken sandwich, chicken on the side, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on a bun without butter and fries with nosalt. It might sound simple but it's a lot to ask for. He smiled the whole time even after I represented a coupon for a freemeal. That place is very clean, even the restroom is spotless and by the time I came back from the restroom my food was alreadywaiting for me. This is what I call GREAT SERVICE!! I ordered two five piece tender meals, mac n cheese and one slice of chocolate cake which cost $33 dollars. I was asked to pull... around to the car side and proceeded to wait 15 mins for them to finally walk out my food. The lady apologized for the wait andsaid they had to make it fresh. The disappointment came when i got home and the tenders were awful, the fries were not fresh andmy sodas were now watered down. I?m not sure if the tenders were fried twice or burnt. The flavor was just not good. Ive eatenhere several times before and it?s always been good. Also you can?t go in side to ask if they?ve forgot about you cause theykeep the doors locked nor can you call cause it was just put on hold. My chocolate cake and Mac n cheese was good. As someone who lives in Michigan I'm going to miss PDQ. The chicken is very fresh and made to order. My Crispy Chicken Sandwich... and Crispy Tenders were hot, tender and juicy. The Waffle Fries were nicely salted and crispy on the outside, tender inside.Their homemade sauces are fantastic. Employees were all extremely friendly and attentive.
