Service was great always is the times I have been here. Reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that the condition of the chicken... varies. Sometimes it us very thick and enjoyable other times you get that dried old turkey your girlfriends mom cooks forThanksgiving. Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Wendy and her team at this location. I brought in a new customer and she took the time... to explain the menu and even gave him a sample of the chicken tenders. She went above and beyond for us. Her customer serviceskills are top notch. When a rain storm broke out she walked us to the car with her umbrella. Can't wait to go back and have anice meal again. PS. I love the handwashing sink... Read more
First time walking into a PDQ and let me tell you, I highly recommend this location! I ordered the PDQ salad and some tenders... and everything tasted great and was fresh! The best part is that it was quickly brought out to me!! What made the experienceeven better was the friendly staff who were attentive and courteous! Wendy is the nicest person I have ever met and the rest of her team are nice. Super friendly and makes every customer feel... welcomed (including remembering their name). Excellent customer service. I just moved to the area, and first time at PDQ. Shegave me a sample to try first and almost all of the sauces to try. Legit the best chicken tenders I have ever had! My go tochicken tenders place! Inside is also clean, playing music, sports on TV, and that Coke machine where you can make anydrink/flavor combo. Give them a try! The Best. Read more
Fresh food, great salads and most importantly, amazing customer service. Wendy is phenomenal and she goes above and beyond to... make customers feel at home. I frequent this location so often I'm known by name! The entire staff is so pleasant from managers to cooks, everyone there... works very hard to ensure you don't just get a meal but an experience! I was not expecting much and so i ended up extremely happy with fresh hot waffle fries and a tasty spicy chicken sandwich. Wendy... at the counter was super friendly to me and explained the menu which I really needed. The sweet tea was great and food wasfresh. I also got a good cookie and a large Buccaneers cup. For $9.25. Not too bad. I was able to refill my drink and they dohave a soda machine and that is "Yuge". Read more
The food was yummy and the staff was nice but I do feel like the family meal is not worth it. I got the large family meal,... should have been 20 tenders but we had 18, the sides were tiny and the sharing salad was a sized for 1?.full discloser two friesare missing because my boys dove in faster than I could snap a pic.
