The food is good, we enjoy coming every monday but CONSTANTLY they have forgotten an item on our order or gave us less chicken... nuggets then we ordered. i dont know how or why they keep forgetting and giving us less then what we wanted. did they genuinelyforget or are employees stealing food. i honestly dont know. what i do know is i hate it when we forget to check the bag and oneof us is left without chicken or fries or a whole meal and has to raid to fridge to eat instead of enjoy the food with the restof the family. today all im left with is fries because my little brother didnt have his chicken. like i said the restuarant isfine but this is a problem that has been going ever since we started coming here every military monday. Usually have a great experience at PDQ?s. This one was terrible. Another reason why Chick Fil A is your best bet for fast food... chicken. My 12 piece was cut up chicken tenders. Fries were ice cold. We went about 30 minutes before closing. Know it?s not thebest time but it?s your hours. I expect what I paid for and ordered with it operating hours. Staff was rude and food wasterrible!! Most locations are good but this one was awful! Go anywhere else for food than this location. Read more
I went to this location for the first time and I was in shock how rude all of the workers were. They don?t say anything in... response?not even a yes when you ask for something. All the employees were extremely passive and straight up disrespectful. Iwas also charged for an item that I didn?t buy and had no idea until I looked at the food order receipt on the bag after I gotmy food since she didn?t review my order or give me a receipt. The cashier simply walked away when I was in the middle ofpaying. I get home and go to enjoy my meal and the Mac and cheese that I got was completely cold. Overall, I will not be goingback to this location and I highly suggest you don?t either. Very rude, inattentive, and disrespectful staff. Very badexperience. Read more
You normally order online (usually an app) to get your food faster at restaurants right? Not PDQ Tampa. If you order on the app,... you apparently must come inside to get your food. The app specifies this no where. This establishment even promotes their appthrough the drive thru. So what is the point of ordering online if i must come inside and can?t just pull through the drivethru? I don?t understand. This place will never get my money again. This pdq rarely gives me what I ordered. Had to write a review after I was told to pull forward at the drive through and had to... wait 25 mins making me late for my car appointment. Manager brought food out, did not apologize and seemed annoyed to have tocome outside. Did not get my sauces. They need to tell customers if there will be an extended wait. EDIT: Increased rating to 3stars as the restaurant responded to my review, showing an attempt to improve. Read more
If I had to choose only one chicken joint to have for the rest of my life, it would probably be PDQ. I believe everything they... make is just better than those fil-a rivals. They used to have breakfast which was amazing and would have definitely sealed thedeal, but even without it, PDQ is the winner. Their chicken is always delicious, those waffle fries are the best ever, and theblueberry green tea is perfect. Read more
