Believe this is the right location that I had an issue with, it was a delivery took 2 ina half hours cause of car problems for... their delivery driver which I was fine with besides you could tell my food had been sitting somewhere for that entire durationand wasn?t remade when they were finally able to deliver it. Showed up cold and soggy and just gross. Management told me theywould put a credit in for me at the location closer to where I was moving and they did not. This restaurant is always bottom of the barrel and low quality. My pizza was completely smashed when it arrived, per usual and... the toppings were all in the box. The only reason I ordered in the first place was due to being sick and not being able to goget my own food. Read more
Pizza took almost 2 hours to get here. 0 updates on the tracking app so much so I had to call the store and ask why it still... said 45 mins after I ordered that they werent even preparing yet (maybe a website issue). Manager was very friendly and helpful.But then after another hour of waiting with no update I decided to just check outside cause I had a weird feeling and yupppp myfood had been sitting out there for 30 mins in the cold. I did elect "leave at my door" but if that is the case and you dontknock you should notify me in some way my food is here. Food was super cold basically tasted like leftovers. Ordered on app for curbside service. Arrived per app pizza ready. I texted Hut as sign said on door. Waited 15 minutes no one in... site. Called number on door. Finally rep picked up took forever to check status then told me he sent a message to remind them Iwas there. 10 more minutes and no pizza. I finally have to get out of my car and go inside and get my pizza. Needless to say thepizza was not fresh as it sat for 30 minutes before I got it. The cinnamon rolls were cold and gluey. The bread sticks were hardas a rock and no marinara sauce. Needless to say very unhappy and not worth my 30 dollars. Read more
I shared this Pizza with a work partner. We ordered a large single topping pizza for lunch with one of Pepsi's 2 liter products.... I have no complaints about the order, the time in which the food was prepared, or the team members or management at thisparticular location. In fact management and team members working there seem to be nice workers and were quite professional. Thisone is strictly for Pizza Hut Corporation and the teams who put together all the ingredients that make up the Pizza Hut brand.This had to be the nastiest tasting Pizza EVER. The product had NO TASTE WHAT SO EVER other than each slice, each bite, tastinglike pure grease! No distinguishing tastes between the cheese, pepperoni, tomato sauce or crust....it all tasted like oilyCrisco grease. This is HORRIBLE. I even flipped over a single slice and looked at the bottom...WHAT THE HELL ARE U GUYS DOING?DEEP FRYING THE CRUST/BREAD BEFORE YOU BAKE IT WITH THE TOPPINGS??? The crust and breading looked as if it was soaked inCrisco!! Just look at the picture of the slice flipped over! Yellow with grease!! This is not the fault of the people workingthere as they just are following the written guidelines on how to prepare the product. This is the policy, ingredients of PizzaHut Corporation. Unacceptable. I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in nearly 19 years because of this..so this is not new. I decided totry it again because I figured it would have changed by now. NOPE. The food is always great as is the staff & delivery drivers. I love Pizza Hut.
