They deliver through Door Dash. The Door Dash drivers either can?t read & deliver to the wrong address, or keep your food &... steal your money. Door Dash says talk to Pizza Hut for the refund, & Pizza Hut says talk to Door Dash. Got ripped off. Willnever use Door Dash again. And will never order from Pizza Hut again either, since they use Door Dash. Order from Hungry Howie?sor Domino?s, where they actually have their own drivers(Not Door Dash), who know how to use Google Maps to deliver to thecorrect address. Read more
Each time we order from here the pizza is always hot when it's received and delivery driver is always courteous and polite
I ordered 2 identical pizzas and it took over 30 minutes (promised 15 minutes) and they only made one of them, so I took the one... home and came back for the second, didn't offer a discount for the delay. Not a good experience. Pizza was good. Read more

For about the past 10 years Pizza Hut pies have been terrible. We ordered a large pie with 5 topping about a week ago and the... crust as usual was undercooked. The pizza had almost no sauce on it...we were very disappointed. Rather have a Di' Giorno. Read more
Had a pool party for kids going on. Went to pick up pizza that took 30 min just to have the wrong order given. The pizza we did... receive was terrible per everyone who had a piece. When we called we had the choice of coming to pick up our order(meaningleave the party again) or wait 45 min. Needless to say had a lot of hungry guest. Read more
My brother ordered a pizza online. Said 20 minutes to be delivered. 40 minutes later he called and said we'll pick it up and he... wanted his tip and delivery fee refunded. He was given push back about the refund. Really? You refund the order and ring up anew one. It's not rocket science people. To top it off the pizza was cold. Lord knows how long it sat in the"warmer". The thincrust is premade as we know. This pizza does not take long from making until done. Better off buying a frozen pizza. Read more
