My pizzas were quite simply...perfectly prepared! Arrived on time and warmed properly. Very professional and courteous service!
We ordered a pizza and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. When I called to check on the pizza, they were rude to me and... hung up on me when I was asking if it was actually on the way. Placed an order and waited for almost 2 hours only to realize they misplaced the order at some other wrong address. No one cared... to even check or call or send a confirmation that order has been delivered. So based on my now 2 screw ups, I do not suggest this place at all. Last week they were clearly stated to be opened. I order and... wait and wait and wait. Finally call and get sent to another location on call. Told I was refunded my money and reason is themorning manager never showed up to the location to open. So no one was apparently working. I was refunded my money and given a12.00 credit for my next order over that's omly good for over the phone order at said location. Well guess what I order todayand boom, they have no freaking clue about any 12 dollar credit. So, not only can this location not work properly, they won'tuphold anything that was guaranteed. I do not recommend them one bit. They have gone down hill. The company is hiring carefreedullards and folks who will not comply or acknowledge a mistake and rectify it. Another words liars. Read more
There isn?t much to say. The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. The wings were seasoned just right, garlic parmesan is my... favorite. Also, don?t forget to add bread sticks and sauce! We did a carry out order and everything came out perfect. The insideand outside of the building are clean and very well maintained. We will definitely order from this Pizza Hut again. Read more
Didn't used to like pizza Hut but now their crusts aren't as thick and their $12 stuffed crust deal w 3 toppings is Great!
*Update* While the below happened, I have to recognize the manager, Chris, for being so professional and kind about the incident... that occurred. Not only did he speak to me prior to business hours he was very kind and made the order more thanright. ORIGINAL POST- If I could give no stars I would, but as such... I Placed an order tonight at 926, for a pick up of 10pm. I work across the parking lot and wasn't able to get there until slightly past 10 only to find the store closed with atemporary sign saying temporary holiday hours closed at 930- and no food and no explanation, with website saying open untilmidnight. The order was placed was directly with the store on line successfully. If the store is closing early it should becommunicated to me so I may try to get there, or cancel. However I was charged in full including tip, only to find empty storeand no pizza for us tonight. EXTREMELY disappointed as we are loyal Pizza Hut fans for over 20 years.
