Placed an order at 8:30 the email said it will be ready 8:45pm. I get there at 9, and they tell me it?ll be extra time because... they didn?t make the pasta that came with my order. So on top of me giving them extra time already to prepare my Food and haveit ready, I get there and have to wait an additional 30-45 minutes for them to cook what should?ve already been prepared. ????And all they give you is a half hearted apology. follow sanitation guidelines example if u take money from a customer you should sanitize hands or wash hands before cutting or... preparing pizza. I witness the MANAGER do this. please discuss with staff. Otherwise temp and presentation of food was good. thx Read more
Horrible I waited over 2 hours for my order. Then the manager said that she would give me a credit towards my next order which I... didn?t think I was going to ever need because I never order from Pizza Hut. One day I decided to use the credit since I had it Icalled the restaurant and they said I no longer had the credit it was reversed by the head manager. Do not recommend going to this pizza hut location for several reasons. First, when you call to place orders over the phone,... they tend to take your order incorrectly. When the delivery driver came, I noticed one of the items I ordered was missing. Myroommate was a witness and listened to everything I ordered, and he also noticed that I didn't receive the correct order.....The driver said he didn't deliver the item because it wasn't written on the order. Asked the delivery driver to please returnwith my missing item and he said he would..... About half an hour later, I called the pizza hut to ask if the delivery driverwas coming back with my item. Was told by an employee that the driver couldn't come back because he was the only driver andthey needed him for other deliveries, and couldn't be inconvenienced by returning to drop off my item..... So I asked to speakto the manager who told me the same thing. Additionally, I was blamed for not ordering something I ordered. Secondly, at leastone of their delivery drivers does not wear a mask (regularly), even though it's required for safety during coronavirus. So itisn't being enforced....... Overall, this location has very poor customer service because they falsely accuse and blamecustomers for their mistakes. Then, they do nothing to resolve their mistakes, while treating customers as aninconvenience....... I even gave the driver a good tip, despite him not returning with my complete order......
