Ahhhh, Planet Smoothie. I've only been there twice and both times were to the location in Carrollwood in North Tampa,... Florida. Both times the owner operator, Karen, was one of the two staff members working. She was not just working, she wasworking the business, as if she owned it, this is how we need to exemplify work habits for our employees. Very impressed fromthat aspect. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and definitely felt a strong vibe of a customer service centric business. Ofcourse we always want to deliver outstanding products for reasonable prices, but if we can't do it while we're making ourcustomers feel like royalty, then we're falling short of being customer service centric. Both times I left this location I feltrefreshed physically and emotionally due to the overwhelming sense of calm in this establishment. The staff here is so nice. The manager Karen is a sweetheart who is professional and makes sure your drink is perfect! We were... greeted when we came in and greeted when we left. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always assist in making sure I select the right smoothie and that I am aware of all... that is in it and how it might taste to ensure the best decision is made!
