I came here today because I?ve been wanting to try it for a while. I think I?m more disappointed because there was an... opportunity for service recovery that was missed and I ate in the store. There was plastic in my food and I didn?t take a photoinstead I brought it up to the counter and showed who I assumed to be the manager working. I regret not speaking up for myselfregarding this because I still ate the food which is totally my fault.. as a former restaurant manager I understand mistakeshappen. We?re human.. but when a similar experience happened to me I offered the guests a remake and to pay for the meal thathad the plastic in it because I understand it?s not their responsibility to ensure food safety or food quality when they dinein. The plastic could?ve touched the floor or a contaminated surface. I regret not asking for a refund or a remake and I regretjust silently eating the food. The food tasted fine, but having a piece of plastic from a bag in my food with the missedopportunity for service recovery made me feel like I paid for a less than satisfactory experience and for that reason I won?treturn. Little franchise poke place. Workers were very friendly and the food was pretty good. It did the job for a poke craving.
We stopped by tonight on way home from a car dealership. OMG totally delish! I?m not a person to stop in many places if I want... sushi But we decided to try it? we both made our own bowls with sushi but absolutely fresh and flavorful. I don?t understand why I pay extra for both of this and I can?t even get the same amount?? Everything is so small the protein... not even a full scoop. It?s ridiculously. I know everything is expensive but I should at least get what I pay for. Read more

Loved this place! Everything was clean and I loved the options they have. Food was so delicious! I had gone with a friend and we... were able to sit and talk with one another for a couple of hours, the employees were all super nice. Came here for the 1st time after seeing it for the last month and a half, and I'm so happy I finally came. The employees were... very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is very clean , they have a boba drink spot in the restaurant as well, food is veryfresh,prepped and ready so if your in a hurry, you can still get food from here quickly. Read more
