CHECK THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE ITS CORRECT!! We ordered a takeout family meal this evening and were very disappointed. It seems... there isn't anyone that checks orders for accuracy. There were numerous items missing from our order such as no sauces for wholechicken, no salsa for chicken wrap, no gravy for mashed potatoes and so on. We even paid extra for mojo pork but that wasmissing as well. We had high hopes for a delicious family meal at home but were left sad and disappointed. Read more
Went through the drive thru. The experience was horrible. The young lady that took our order was rude. I asked about the... quesadillas and she seemed annoyed. I realize working in food service can be difficult at times. I also understand that it isdifficult to keep a quality staff in this day and age. However, customer service, attitude, cleanliness and overall good productis what will make you successful. When the young lady was so rude this evening I decided to speak to the manager on shift. Hisanswer made me realize why the young lady that took my order is so rude. His reasoning as to why she was rude is because theyhave a difficult time keeping staff and staying open. I have been in food service for 20 years. That excuse was nonsense. A jobis a job is a job. To keep that job there are rules and standards especially in food service that must be adhered to. The momenthe told me his reasoning. I told my children that I guarantee the sanitation and quality in the restaurant will also be lacking.Customers decide whether to come back or not based on the service. If the manager allows the staff to be rude they will alsoallow them to do the bear minimum in cleanliness and production. I know the job is stressful but the attitude is not warranted.I urge cooperate to take a good look at this restaurant. It is lacking on many levels. You may need some serious restructuringif you want to continue to stay in business at this location. Your personnel NEED TRAINING and to be monitored. The food is delicious which is the only reason they even get 3 stars. This is far from a well oiled machine. Every time there is... a special item they run out. Several times they still have had discontinued items still on the menu at the drive thru. Makes itvery difficult to order when you don?t know what is actually on the menu. Even though the atmosphere and the food was great. My discontent is with the management store was not to busy but all tables... were dirty when we approached him. He told me it would be a while we waited for our food to be prepared and we ate and leftand nobody came to clean the table but the manager at the time was to good to come clean the table. Read more
At the window I started my order to be told they were out of mac n cheese, then I'm told they are out of crispy chicken...you're... a chicken restaurant, but ok whatever. I specifically ask what else they are out of before proceeding with my order. I'm toldnothing else. I get to the window and order sauces and I'm told they're out of sauce. So, I let the girl working the windowknow had I know they were out of sauce I wouldn't have even placed an order, so they should really put a sign up that shows whatthey are out of. Esp now that I'm stuck with $40 of food that I had to modify and don't want without the sauce. She proceedsto tell me they're too busy to keep track of what they are out of and wouldn't entertain issuing a refund before I received myfood. Read more
We ordered delivery because we could not go there and the order was missing a dessert the sauces and the chicken look like the... left overs of someone no utensils and overall everything look like it were leafy overs Read more
YUM! Clean location, polite employees & great value for what you pay for! Visited during lunch and loved our food. For fast... food we love the chicken. 1/2 chicken with 2 sides is filing. My boyfriend and his son eat Pollo Tropical at least 2 a week.Their prices are decent and you get fresh Spanish food , right off... their grill! On top of you can go through an actual Drive-Thru! One of their sauces is secret recipe which we always try and getas much as we can on the side because it?s good with everything. I will update with how good the food looks probably tonightwhen they get it. Read more
