The lomo saltado was DISGUSTING do not go here for lomo saltado I am Peruvian myself and it was really dry, no flavor, no juice... in it usually they have some type of flavor in there that makes it juicy this ain?t it! The lady had an attitude when I askedher for extra sauce she wanted to charge me $10. I told her charge me anyways because I wanna enjoy my food. The lady told me itwas the same lomo saltado as the place next door called ?senor Rocoto Peruvian Cuisine? IT IS NOT! No flavor at all. Peruvian restaurants in Tampa are a hit and miss. However, this place delivers the best Peruvian chicken rotisserie in town! The... flavor is mouthwatering and the sauces are spectacular. Just recently, they have expanded their menu with Peruvian Chifa(Chinese-Peruvian style fusion). I must say it's impressive for there to be such a specific type of food in Tampa. On our mostrecent visit, my wife and I had the opportunity to taste and mouth-climax over Fried Wonton (frito), Sopa Wonton (soup),Tallarin Taipa (special lo mein), and some other foods such as Chaufa (fried rice). For some parting advice, I would recommendcalling ahead specially for the Pollo a la Brasa (chicken rotisserie) as it tents to sell out early evening. Overall, it is anexcellent twist on Peruvian Chinese food, and I think everyone living or passing through Tampa should eat at this restaurantwith some friends or family members. Peruvian myself and just moved from out of state. After trying and looking for the best tasting Peruvian food.. we had found... it!!! This is hands down the best Peruvian food in TAMPA! Freshest salad, very comfortable interior, friendly & attentive server, good authentic Peruvian food. I've been to 3 Peruvian... restaurants in Tampa before trying this one --- they were all fakes. Being Peruvian, we are always looking to try different Peruvian restaurants everywhere we go. First, the food was FRESH, we were... the only customers there and it was after the lunch rush so sometimes you expect the left over chicken that didn't sell, butthis was not the case here. Chicken, salad, french fries and all spicy sauces are super fresh, hot, and good. The service wasexcellent, super attentive, gracious and fast. The only thing that stops me from giving this restaurant a five is the chickencould have been a little more seasoned, and usually la brasa is made made with wood not charcoal. We well be back!
