The problem is with the management. Sticker on the door said open 10 am to 10 pm Lobby is closed at 2:00 pm. Went to the window... saying drive through only. And within a minute they open the lobby. Got there at 10:40. Sign stated it opened at 10:00. Door was unlocked so we went in. One employee said "someone will be right... with you". Then someone else said, rudely, "we're not opened". We left and went to KFC. Read more

They allowed someone to spend over 10 minutes ordering in front of me in the drive through I was stuck and could not back out to... go inside and order and I could not proceed forward so I put on my emergency lights and went inside to try and order since carswere now built up to the street and no one else could order. I was confronted by another customer upset with me who was thenserved before me along with everyone else in the Drive-Thru and lobby, as I waited for an additional 25 minutes. I have beenhere at least 10 times and I've been to every Popeyes in Tampa and this one is consistently the worst every time. Read more
This is the worst location in the whole county. After doing grocery shopping, I placed the order online for pick up. Because I... know for a fact if I don?t order the food online it will be a long wait. When I get there there is obviously a sign that saysonline pick up. As I?m standing there to the far left close to the sign I just told you guys about. There is a couple to theright of me who was waiting 30 minutes prior to even order in their food. Here?s the worst part, when I placed this orderonline, I had a 30 minute drive. I?ll place the order ahead of time because I know how this location is at times. However theamount of animosity these employees have Is written all over their faces and energy. I will never degrade people for workingespecially in these uncertain times. I know exactly what they were feeling last night because I deliver pizza on the weekends.Also, if you?re going to apply for a job and you get that job. Give it your all and be organized because that energy will comeback to to you. Ordered my food online. When I get to the drive thru my order was not ready. I was told to pull forward to wait for them to... bring it out. After 15 minutes of waiting in my car I go into the restaurant and one of the employees is on a cell phone at theregister. Another employee walks up and ask do I need anything. I proceeded to tell her I was waiting on my mobile order. Shegets the order ready and when I get home all of the food is room temperature. The menu screens were dirty also. Read more
