Absolutely the worst service at any restaurant in the airport. Employees had no idea how to make a simple roast beef sandwich.... If you take the risk, be ready to wait at least 20-30 min to process your order, and this isn?t even a sit down restaurant. Nosense of urgency at all from employees. I absolutely love this sandwich shop. I visited this restaurant FREQUENTLY while living in Houston Texas. I was saddened to know... that this restaurant was only located in Tampa at the "airside" terminal of TPA international airport. It's actually onlylocated in about 2 places throughout the south eastern region. It's always a delight to stop by when I'm traveling! Love it! Read more
