If you are looking for great customer services don?t place an order in the drive thru because that lady is rude as heck. Because... Loosing the touch. Gyro meat cold boneless wings not cooked thoroughly lines usually too long to complain/get reimbursed... Last... 2 most recent visits had to wait even longer because my orders were incorrect. Not the same Salem's. Read more
The Philly Cheesesteak was phenomenal. We got it fully loaded and it was just about to die for. We did ask to have tomatoes off... and they forgot that but that?s alright. The bread is so fresh! 10/10 recommend with fries and cheese on the side. Read more

Granted it was 1:45 in The morning and there were two cars in front of me. I sat at the drive-through speaker for 15 minutes and... wasn't even acknowledged. This isn't the first time this has occurred. So I never got to even sample the food but will not begoing back to this location. Especially when I pulled off and the vehicle behind me pulled up and I could hear the speakerimmediately kick off. On 7/8 I sent a message on the website per the "store owner" suggestion. Will update if anythingchanges. 7/16 Never heard back. I'll never visit any locations again. Plenty places with good customer service that I will givemy business to. Read more
You know, I don't know what it is about this restaurant chain, but every time I get food from here, the food is always... consistently good. The prices tend to be higher than most fast food places, but to be honest, in this case, the price reflectsthe product. I would highly recommend ANY Salem's location to anyone looking for something fast but not lacking quality. Read more
Let me start by saying this was my first time going here. So I went inside, took them about 5-10 mins just to acknowledge me.... And I read the reviews a lot of people saying they food is under cooked and I?m starting to think it?s true because I got shrimpand fries and was my fries were not cooked all the way.. smh Read more
I have been to this establishment a couple times and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. It's always neat and clean. I had the... buffalo wings and my friend had fried oysters. We both enjoyed our lunch. The only lady working the counter today was veryefficient. She was doing the counter and the drive thru. As I was waiting for my food this lady in the drive thru was yelling ather. This Salem's employee kept her cool through it all. I was very impressed. Side note.. it did take about 15 min to get myfood. (They were getting slammed.) And most of the menu is cooked to order. I suggest you order ahead if you are in a timecrunch.
