Great food at a very reasonable price. I love pho, but am not a fan of tripe. Simply Pho has a combo where you can pick 3... proteins and leave out the tripe! This is my brother's favorite Pho spot in Tampa. I've only been here a couple times and I wasn't that impresssed the first time... ordering some fried rice, but this second time I ordered a vegetable broth Pho and it was okay. I thought there would bevegetables in it, but it was just a lot of noodles. I would definitely tell them to keep more broth in there next time and maybeadd whatever vegetables they can to it. (Update: I asked for the veggies and they put A LOT in the bowl). My brother's beef Phowas great, according to him. Their edamame dumplings and veggie rice spring rolls are good. It was our first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious. Pho was very tasty. We order de XL for each one. The ice cream... was perfect. The service was excellent. I visited this spot on a Tuesday a little before 7 PM. It was not busy at all and I was seated immediately. I did, however, end... up waiting about 10 minutes before I was served, which I thought was unusual. I ordered the oxtail pho and the pork egg rolls.The oxtail pho was delicious. The noodles were very rich and thick but felt so soft and warm when you took a bite. The oxtailwas not super tender but the flavor from the marrow was so succulent (if you're a fan, of course). This combined with the otheringredients made the broth so inviting. There was also a bit of sweetness to the broth that I really enjoyed but it had theperfect amount of flavor. On another occasion I ordered the filet mingon pho and their ribs along with pot stickers. All amazingexcept the ribs were a little overcooked in my opinion. Update: I visited again on 01/19/2022 and had their braised duck noodlesoup. If you are a fan of duck you have to try this dish! If you have never had duck you have to try this dish! The duck was sotender and fell off the bone so nicely. Super rich and delicious. I hope they consider making a duck pho in the future. Read more
This is our first time visiting here and we love the food especially how close the location is from our place! The waitress was... super friendly and food was brought out within 10 minutes. The space is a bit small so you might have a short wait during theweekends but we were able to get a table right away during the weekdays. We loved the pork chop and the pho as well as the Bobun hue. The foods are super fresh and they are great especially on a cold day! We will definitely be visiting more often! Read more
I had passed by this place a bunch of times and today I finally decided to give it a try. Wow I'm so happy I did! The Pho was... amazing and the Pho egg rolls were the best I have ever had!
