The lack of enthusiasm and lack of customer service made my experience regretful. The young lady that was working behind the... counter absolutely will not interact with my wife and I I'm so disappointed. I will prefer driving a few extra miles and getbetter service! I moved here about a year ago and tried this smoothie king right away. I had the most bland vanilla hulk I ever had in my life,... it literally tasted like a frozen almond smoothie. So I chalked this location up as a dud. At the beginning of the summer ofthis year for some reason I went back, I figured maybe the people that work there have been rotated out and the quality hadimproved and the smoothies have been great until today. Now I?m convinced that it literally depends on who is working wether ornot my smoothie will be good or not. But it?s literally a recipe! I come here frequently. Their smoothies are phenomenal. Yes, of course there has been some customer service issues. But... unfortunately it is hard to find people who are 100% perfect. I reached out to their manager for some assistance, due to anissue I had one night. And the manager handled the situation with extreme professionalism. That?s what makes me come back. Theirproducts are beyond the best. And their manager is great. Most of the employees are terrific. But you can?t let one bad appleruin your day. Read more
