Forgetting add ins they charge for. Always some reason a coupon won't be accepted. Over priced. Mediocre taste. Buy a good... blender and it pays for itself after a few trips to thia crapshoot. Read more
Berry punch smoothie is always great (I get it without electrolytes because it just tastes a lot better). This was the first... location that ever gave me an extra, small cup of the leftover smoothie they had after making it. Read more
This place is always clean, organized, quick and follows the mandates with wearing a mask.
Customer service is hit and miss at best. The points reward system is a joke. They forget to ring the points or scan scan the... points or tell me points are handled at the other end. I have even been handed a receipt that is not my receipt and has alreadybeen used for the points... I purchased a holiday gift card $25 the employee did not know how to ring the sale and the giftcard. After all the confusion I was handed a folded card holder. I was very surprised later when I checked the folded cardholder and it was only a holder there was not a gift card inside the card holder. Of course when I returned after the holidaysthe employees, same employees, had no idea what I was talking about even though I had the receipt... I really like the Smoothieshowever I don't expect much in the way of customer service. I have tried other Smoothie Kings and find it is pretty much thesame customer service all around. I just left smoothie king on preserves and the employee Michael was so nice and his customer service skills are exceptional. He... made my experience at smoothie king amazing, and I?ve been to several smoothie Kings but his customer service was amazing. Hewent to ask me would I like plastic or styrofoam and I told him it doesn?t matter, he went into detail in breaking down thedifference a in plastic and styrofoam letting me know styrofoam will keep my smoothie colder and is biodegradable.
