Batista doing drinks made my coconut milk latte with regular milk, I'm allergic! When asked to redo it, she argued, then threw... things around. Poor attitude. The rest of the staff do great! So I been coming to this location for a very long time now and recently I have been very disappointed?. Coffee has been made... incorrect way too many times? so I reached out to the store manager who I told what my experiences have been like recently? sheoffered to have my drinks replaced and to try and win me back seeing how I go every single day sometimes twice a day, but when Iwent and got my replacement which is two venti ice coffees made the same exact way i was not surprised to see that the coffeeslooked completely different from one another so I showed mod and explained everything to her she offered me some extra cream andsaid she was sorry? I am sorry too but my business will no longer be at this location I work full time I am a mother of fourkids I absolutely NEED my coffee and for me to start a day off with bad coffee that I pay $7.42 for that I either force myselfto consume or throw away isn?t worth it to me no more good luck to the staff whom I have bonded with and to the location I hopeit gets better Read more
Spent about an hour working with the staff outside trying to save a tiny kitten that was hiding in people?s engines. The problem... solving, teamwork, and the determination to save that lil guy was honestly impressive, using everything from mother-cat-soundsvideos, meat, and water to try to lure him out. They all seemed like genuinely good people trying to save a helpless littlekitten. I?m sure the quality of the people results in great quality customer service as well. All the baristas here are wonderful and this 1 star is not a reflection of there work but rather their general manager. Idk who... you are but turn off the mobile orders dude. There?s fights happening your employees and being screamed at and it?s completechaos because of the back ups on mobile orders. I waited 45 minutes for my coffee and some waited longer.
