This is the worst Starbucks location, among all of the other chains in the area on Kennedy it seems all of these places just... provide terrible service along with the trash food. Every single I come to this Starbucks they mess up my order which is notcheap mind you, then they act rude when you kindly ask them to remake what you paid for. Read more

A memorable customer service experience. I spilled half a cup of coffee on my notebook and the floor, staff was helpful and... supportive as I cleaned up, and then, without my even asking, they brought me a hot, fresh cup exactly as I had ordered it ahalf hour earlier, and at no charge. Time to open your indoor seating area. Other Starbucks has seating areas open, so I?m baffled as to why this particular store... has their seating area closed at this point in time.
