Clean store but very disappointing visits to this location. They wont/can't make drinks that other locations will easily make. ... No effort from management to improve customer experience either. Was told this is not a corporate Starbucks store and theyfollow their own management's guideline, even though at times, it doesn't align with the usual amazing Starbucks experience andquality of drinks. I didn't had a good experience. Yesterday, I was visiting Tampa (I'm from Clermont) and passed by this Starbucks. Before I... ordered I asked the cashier if she could give me the keys for the bathroom since I was with two girls and needed to go before wehead out back to our home. The cashier asked the manager (I really didn't get any names) and she said "The bathrooms are cleanedwe cannot give you the keys". I was really surprised!! OK In the store, they were another two other customers sitting and oneof the employees asked me "are you with them?" I said "No". Then she asked them "Are you waiting for something?" the customeranswered "No", the employee said "Oh, then you need to leave because we are closed" With an ATTITUDE, so rude and disrespectful.I do understand that you have a closing time, but you could have said it in a different way.
