Came to this location and the drive thru was long and not moving, so decided to come inside. As we were walking up, we could see... the employees watching us, and laughing at us. There was a sloppy written sign on the door saying the inside was closed. Theaction of the employees was absolutely uncalled for, unprofessional, and we will no longer be giving this location our business. Read more

Extremely dirty and absolutely none of the workers spoke to you from the moment you walked in till the moment we left. Food was... fine but they didn't have any regular size cups available, only kids size. Had to refill many times. It's funny that the machineyou order and pay on asks for a tip but there's no waiters anymore. There's no service to be had so why would I tip? It's thesame as if I went through the drive through although someone would have spoken to me and I wouldn't have eaten in a dirtyrestaurant. Will not return. Read more
This was a decent location. You order on the tablet for dine it. Ordered the double combo with the garlic bread. Food was as... expected. There was a bit of wait but you can expect that, as they are cooking the burger on the grill. Could of got somethingadditional, but didnt want the sensation of being overly full. Read more
RUN AWAY! Very poor service and filthy. Where do I begin... This place needs to be closed for restructuring and cleaning. It... wasn't busy, figures why, the tables were never cleaned the whole time we were there, the( manager?) Cleaned one of the tableshalfway leaving empty cups and trash sit on the vacant tables(picture). There was a table full of employee bags anddrinks(picture), very distasteful to look at. What a filthy, filthy mess. The condiment containers were filthy. The bathroom wasdestroyed, and NO hand soap in the men's bathroom. The shake machine was unclean between shakes(picture). Did I say they weren'tthat busy? Just lazy or whatever. Some people came in and waited to be seated, they stood there for like 5 minutes and thenleft. I don't know why they waited so long without ANY acknowledgement from the staff playing on their cellphones. I guess noone wanted to assist because" that's not my job" mentality. If I had my food, I would have yelled to them,"RUN!"lol. Waitresswas just unfriendly and inattentive, had to beg for a refill. The burger was good, but the fries tasted rewarmed. Dirty on the inside but that's what to go is for! Staff is extremely friendly and try to make sure we're up to date, like with... their time change due to their renovations. Like pretty much every other steak and shake, our milkshakes generally have amixture of another flavor, although you didn't ask for it. Great place for a quick burger late at night! Read more
