They are so gross! The employees don't change their gloves when making sandwiches and they handle money and touching everything... else while making your sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting! Read more

Ordered through postmates. After I got the order I opened the sandwiches to see that they put it on the wrong bread and it... wasn?t toasted. Not to mention I thought they even forgot to put tuna on the sub cause there was next to no tuna. It looked likea veggie sandwich. I double checked my order on postmates and I ordered it correctly their employees just can?t follow simpledirections. Tried calling the store to see if I could get it fixed but it just rang for several minutes and then disconnectedme. Read more

The tomatoes were bad on my sub so I brought back in to get something else. The manager Rolla could barely speak English said... she cannot do that or give me my money back. I may never eat at subway again after this horrible customer service. Would notrecommend this subway to anyone Read more

They have a price of $6 for a black Forest Ham with drinks and chips. I ordered but asked for a wrap. This changed the price to... nearly $12 when I asked about it they told me the wrap has twice the meat so doesn't rate the meal deal. I asked them why theydidn't tell me they said they were supposed to. I will NOT GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY AGAIN. Publix has better subs and wraps withouthidden charges. Read more

The 2 star rating is simply because Subway as a chain will have what you expect out of the food, it is what it is so I can?t... give it a 1 star rating. However this review is based upon the staff. There is one woman who does not speak nor understandEnglish. I?m not saying that because she doesn?t speak English well, I?m saying she legit doesn?t understand English at all. Youcan?t properly order your sandwich thru her unless the other lady is next to her explaining. Anyways, here is the bread and thebutter of the review, I ask for Swiss cheese, they informed me of no Subways carrying Swiss cheese anymore so I ask forprovolone and shredded mozzarella cheese to try and duplicate the Swiss cheese flavor with them mixed together. They nevermention that for what I?m trying to accomplish would be an extra charge and when I see the receipt they say they ?thought Iknew? that it was an extra charge. If you are ordering something at a restaurant or anywhere for that matter and it is anadditional charge you get notified at time of adding whatever you are adding that it is going to be an additional charge and?would you still like it??. I brought up the receipt to show that there was additional cheese charges on all of my subs and Ineeded a refund. The lady who speaks English there was saying that ?she thought I knew it was additional charge? and I wouldneed to speak to the manager for a refund. Mind you, no manger on duty to correct any issues at the store, if you have an issueyou need to come back another day when the manger is there. That?s another issue with the Subway franchise model is that theowner/manager when not in the store nothing can be corrected in real time. Basically accept what is done and deal with it later.Imagine going to a chili?s and needing a correction on your meal but can?t get it till another day, you just have to deal withit that night.
