I went in earlier today with my daughter. There was a dark skinned young woman with blue hair working there and she refused to... give me service. I said hello and she just walked away. This place is a disaster. Mobile orders are NEVER ready and on multiple occasions have been 15+ minutes late beyond the quoted... pick-up time. I feel sorry for the ONE employee they have working at peak times. The manager/owner of this franchise should beashamed. I won?t be back. Read more
This Subway had one person working in it and he was the regional manager. I have to give this man an awful lot of props, because... he worked at that store like a champion. I placed my order online ???????? I received a message that my order was ready for pick up. I get to the store to pick up my... order and my order has not even been made. The lady making the orders tells me she is out of roast beef. So I said fine, make itwithout roast beef. Then the gentleman who puts on the condiments says they are out of tomatoes. Again, just make it withouttomatoes. What else can I do if they are OUT of something that they should have! It was the 1st time I ordered on line but I wasnot very pleased with the whole process. They could have notified me via email or text they were out if certain items andcertainly NOT send me a text stating my order is ready for pick up when it hasn?t even been made. Read more
Every time I come to this location I feel like I'm about to get treated bad. There was this lady making my sandwich and she... asked me what kind of meat I wanted and I told her I wanted Turkey, and then out of nowhere she decides to put on meatballs onmy sandwich which I did not order. When I told her nicely to fix my sandwich, she acts like she doesn't care and she was like"Well you said meatballs!" in a rude way and this happened months ago. I gave this location a second change and it got betterfor me somehow. Hopefully this location doesn't screw it up for me again or else I'm not coming back. Excellent, clean, neat and best service. This subway is by far clean and nicely maintained store. My subway bread was nicely... warm and prepared. I would definitely recommend this place for quick gran and go or dine in. Really good staff and nice service.Lady was so helpful, she let me have extra crackers with my soup as well. This place will absolutely be successfully as ownergot nice working polite and kind people in staff. I would recommend this place if you are around dale mabry to stop by for abite. Read more
