When I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and she put it oven toaster, the place started to smell all burnt. Upon removing my... sandwich from the oven, there were serious smoke that started to come out of the oven like something was previously in there andwe?re getting burnt. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered 2 sandwhiches online, when I came to the store they said they couldn't make it... because it wasn't in their system. I showed them the order confirmation, the receipt, and amount paid. They refused to give arefund or make my sandwhiches. The manager on hand had a terrible attitude and looked like she hated her job. Would notrecommend to anyone even if they were dying of hunger. Read more
The women that worked on wed,jun 30th @2:55 was rude, does not have customer service skills, and was not willing to make me or... another family sandwiches i would not recommend anyone order their food from here until subway get it together and hire peoplethat want to work. I just waited 30 minutes bc their I?m on break sign was up to the guy that comes back to finally take my order and when I told... him what I wanted. He tells me their out of steak. So I said I waited 30 minutes for that and his response was you could lookright here on the line. How am I suppose to know what they are out of. Arrived at 6pm to pickup a call in order as promised. Greeted by a back in 5 min. sign. When employ did show I was told she... didn't make my order because it would be cold. Why? (If made properly to pickup by 6pm should be hot right?) Then found out thesandwich she did make (supposedly) was accidently thrown away as a credit so I had to wait even longer for it to be made.Service has been bad here for quite a while now. I called local home office about a month ago concerning a previous issue andwas promised something in the mail but it never came. Sadly the owner must not care and it trickles down. Read more
Terrible service. They never have steak, some breads or cheese. The last time I went over I had to wait over 20 min because tho... only person that was there was filling the canisters and preparing things in the back. I don't recommend this store at all. Read more
