Super rude white blond lady. Went in at 3:20pm and this lady doesn?t even look at me and basically Calls out ?how many... sandwiches and what bread? I said 3 sandwiches and she said what bread, I said I?m looking at the choices I don?t see it. Shelooks away as if bothered, and let?s me to struggle. Horrible customer service!! The female assistant manager belittles customers every time, she is so rude, she does not want to... assist customers and is disgruntle; and if one responds back to her saying that she does not know how to handles customers, shethreatens by responding with a shut up and ask to leave the establishment. She talks bad about the customer in the back and sheshould not be handling customers - this is so bad for business. Will not recommend this Subway to anyone. Read more

Now I love subway?s food and all their ingredients are delicious, but the employees at this location have got to lose the... attitude. Theres this one girl in particular who is rude. At this location the employees are always in the back whenever youenter, and then hurry you along the process of making your sandwich as if you had rudely interrupted the precious time theycould have been spending on their phone. Now, some of the people at this location are nice, but the rest bring them down. Read more

Too bad I have to pick one star. Absolutely the most unprofessional service I have seen in a long time. The lady working was so... rude I ended leaving halfway through her making my sandwich. I asked my 10 year old son (who was with me if he understood why weleft and he said ?because she has a really bad attitude?. Went to this subway for a protein bowl and a 6 inch sub. I was greeted by the most condescending and rude employee. I really... don't care if a fast food worker is all smiles and happy to see me; I don't even care if they don't say please or thank you. Ijust want my food without a hassle. It's that simple. But this girl went out of her way to be rude to me. I was the only one inthe store and she took forever to even come out of the back and approach me. Then, she abruptly told me I needed to get to theother end of the counter because that's where orders are taken. Then, after asking me how many sandwiches I wanted, she said"I'm going to go take care of this online order first" and just left me standing there waiting for her to fill an online orderthat came in after I walked in the door. The rudeness and attitude continued throughout the visit. I feel bad for the franchiseewho probably sunk a lot of $$ into his/her business and has to rely on people like this employee to keep customers coming back.I won't be going back and I'm sure others who get service from this employee won't return either.
