Ordered online for pick up. 1/2 sandwiches was good. The second, a meatball sub, was cold. Meatballs frozen in the middle, sauce... was fridge cold. It was not ordered toasted as the meatballs are always kept in their sauce heated pans at every other subway inthe world, except for this one. This store would be okay for any other sandwich I suppose, but I personally only ever get themeatball sub, so I won?t be returning. Read more
We hadn't been to a subway in about 4 years. Too many really good sub sandwiches in the area. Bought 2 subs yesterday from 4th... St Subway and was totally disappointed!! The bread was not really fresh, the footlongs were very noticeably thinner anddefinitely NOT like the subway subs I remember! You have trimmed your product way too much! We will happily return to JM and FHfor better quality and much better value. You will learn that customers know quality and that you have lost it . . and us! Read more
The older lady with missing teeth made a sandwich for the customer in front of me but had a full conversation the whole time she... was making the sandwich and even after he paid for his food she engaged for 5 more minutes why me and another customer waitedwhile she was waiting it was flies around all the food she closed the gas window down over the food with the flies trappedinside I ordered 3 sandwiches each time she switched from either sandwich flies would land directly on each sandwich ???? Absolute garbage. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and it cam with no cheese or bacon. I complained to subway and they sent back... the email pictured from "subway listens" (they obviously do not). Also pictured is the sandwich missing half the ingredients. Iwill never go to this subway again and will probably never go to any of their restaurants anymore. Read more
Great Subway. Super fast. Very positive, upbeat staff. This place has been here FOREVER. And I am so glad for that ! In over 20... plus years, I have never been disappointed with anything from this Subway. Good people. Which, although this is a franchise, orchain sandwich shop, the staff are not. They are super nice and accommodating and even smile ! You feel welcome. This makes ahuge difference, to me anyways :) Read more
