Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! The other day there wasn't anyone there at 1000am the employee who was supposed to open never... showed up and today 25 minutes in line to order while they tried to get stuff ready because apparently didn't have anythingready! It was awful. There was one person there. Supposedly the manager, perhaps new manager named Grace. She did the first customer... ,great customer service with that one customer while I waited in line. Then when it was my turn, she took her sweet time to seeme. Once I told her what I wanted , she also tries to fulfill two orders of two individuals that had just arrived while I amstill waiting, something she didn't Do with the customer that was in front of me. I do not recommend this place until thatmanager gets removed. Been shopping at Walmart and always bought from this particular Subway since 2019. No issues before untilnow. 1st time I came here few months back, nothing was put out fresh, he said because they just opened so I was like ok.. but now I... see it's just how they run things, the young black man behind the counter again tells me he don't work here he from Gibsontonand he's doing a favor for his father or uncle. I told him I don't care your behind the register representing Subway and thingsneed to be brought out fresh and soda machine fixed. The salad was not fresh, cheese hard, soda fountain or of syrup..geeez,they need green, employees and fresh food and they need to fix the p.o.s. system so it can accept credit cards. I will never go here again. Bought 2 subs and was told oven was down and I was like fine I understand things happen. I open my... subs and the bread wasn't even fully cooked. When I complained the girl was rude and blew me off and wouldn't do a refund. Ihope this place fires their employees and gets all new ones or just shuts down. Very delicious and well made. Marcus told me he would make my day with the new garlic toast bread and he sure did. He and his... staff are so pleasant and personable. Instead of it being obvious they dont want to be at work or hate their job they take thetime to talk to their customers and you see the relationships they have built with their customers. Well done.
