Update: Still give it 1 star. I ordered on the app and made all of the subs I ordered meals and chose bottled drinks as the... drinks. I get there to pick up my order and the cashier goes there's your cups I said I ordered bottled drinks and go to grabthem from the cooler and she said no, bottled drinks don't come with the meal deal, so I didn't grab them and I said well theapp let me do it. She says let me ask my manager and she's like yeah they don't come in the meals, so I showed them on the appwhere I ordered bottled drinks and not fountain drinks. And the manager goes yeah they need to fix that. So I grabbed thebottles out of the cooler and the cashier says like oh you paid 2.70 or whatever and that's the cost of fountain drinks I said Iordered bottled drinks so I'm going to take the bottled drinks, Subway needs to fix their app. And under her breath she says youneed to fix your attitude. I just walked away instead of continuing to have her argue with me. And the manager didn't sayanything to her about how the cashier rudely spoke to me and argued with me. There?s no point in ordering ahead online. I gotthere and waited 10 mins to get someone?s attention and ask for my order. They hadn?t even started on it when it was supposed tobe ready 15 mins before. Then they started making it and told me they don?t have pizza even though I ordered it online. Breadwas super doughy, wasn?t baked long enough. I was there for 35 mins ???? Don?t order ahead. Waste of time. Read more

I went to this subway because it is closer to my work and I was on a quick lunch break. Upon arriving the doors were locked the... open sign was on but there was nobody behind the counter there was bell with a sign saying ?ring for assistance.? I was working downtown today and stopped in this subway and I was so impressed with the young girl working there. There were at... least 6 people in line when I got there and she still had me out of there in about ten minutes. Her name was Yamie. She was theonly employee in the whole building and she was so on point with her job. This woman deserves a better position with thiscompany. Her attitude was amazing! Read more
