The drive through employees are RUDE! I asked for minute to get my family's order straight. All of a sudden I was bombarded with... rude interruptions & the Taco Bell worker *female* rushing my order. They cut me off, huffed, and were exceptionally rude. Don?t go here. Worst service at a Taco Bell ever. Lady at the drive through should be fired immediately. Extremely rude workers... and don?t want to work. Just fire them and hire people who aren?t rude. I smelled weed coming from the building. Pretty surethey?re all just high and not wanting to take people?s orders. Drive 10 minutes west on Kennedy to the one by the mall. So muchbetter service there and they are quick. Worth the extra drive and you?ll get your food quicker. Read more
Went for KFC since it's a combined restaurant. Waited about 13 mins in drive thru only to get to the speaker and told me it... would be about 30 minutes for the chicken. They only had 6 dark meats and no white meat at all. I was wanting a 12 piece meal.So I ended up going to five guy burgers which was very good. I will not go back to Taco Bell/KFC. We just had the most insanely fast drive thru service from Britany. I swear when I say the interaction took mere seconds and she... got every single thing right when it came out. The food was GOOD. It was all made perfectly, she caught every adjustment wemade, and honestly, we didn?t even think she heard us when we first ordered because the interaction was so insanely quick. This restaurant has it posted that it is open until 11pm. They don?t take orders after 10:00., they very rudely tell you they?re... closed through the speaker of the drive thru. So I?m pretty sure they are closing down before they are supposed to! The lightsare all on they just won?t serve food. The employees are just hanging out until they go home. Very bad business!! I did not expect exceptional service at Taco Bell, but I did not expect for the drive thru lady for being extremely rude. We... were placing our order and asked for a second to decide. I kid you not a second later she says? ? one second is up what is doyou want?? I asked her for 5 more seconds and she proceeded to say, ?we are on a timer.? There was no one in line besides us andI went at 9:30 and they close at 10. Absolutely one of the worst drive thrus in Tampa (of all fast food- MCDs, Wendy?s, etc.), honestly probably in the country. I... don?t think I have ever bothered writing a review for a fast food chain. But this place is actually jaw-droppingly slow. It?sinsane. And once you?re in the line, you?re screwed and have to wait it out. No lie it takes 30 mins to get through it.
