Sat in line for 30 minutes. Once you're in the line you're stuck and can't drive away with a fence on the right side. Got to... the microphone and was asked to wait. After 10 more minutes, someone yelled in the microphone "no more orders". It wasconfusing. I went to the window and the employee said they were having an "altercation". He said they were on the phone withthe owner trying to "fix it". He said he couldn't take my order and we didn't get any food. Read more
I just hope after the staff shortage yall had that between the 2 consistent employees that came thru day in and and out get a... promotion because if it's one thing they did was hold it down. They made my food fast That's about all I can say. That's positive. I wouldn't recommend going here. The staff had an attitude.... They rolled their eyes. Half of them were at the tables playing the games on their phone while getting paid. And there was evena few in the office talking while on the clock. Read more
We visit this location every time we go to Busch Gardens, which is numerous times a year. They ALWAYS get my food right, tastes... great and the service is AMAZING. Kudos to the staff, you guys are doing a great job. Thanks!!! Read more
Found a hair in my quesadilla today and I'm too far away to drive back. Phone number online doesn't work either. Girl at the... drive-thru was extra rude when I asked for Fire Sauce. I'm very disappointed because I used to love this Taco Bell. I guess I'vegot to find a new one to go to. Read more
Stay far away from this location. They never give you the sauce and when you ask for certain amounts they still FAIL. They never... put any meat in their products. And they always FAIL to give you all the items that you paid for. Check your Bag every singketime for your sauce and amount of items. Oh. And Also, they give you the wrong meat in the items you requested that you paidEXTRA for. I usually drive to the store on Fowler because of their consistent mistakes. I have also spoke with the Districtmanager and Nothing has changed. Tighten Up Taco Bell and Hire people that can read and listen to directions from your payingcustomers. Read more
