Pulled up at 10pm. There was 5 cars ahead of us so it was busy. Line took 7 minutes and we got to the order ?box?. The worst customer service. I visited at the night time and couldn?t see the prices at menu properly and when I asked them the... girls on the drive thru were super rude and refused me to tell the prices. Never coming back here. Its not the restaurant whichfails, its actually the worst employees they hire in there which make the restaurant fails. Read more
This Taco Bell seems like they just don't care about life .. customer service at the window is horrible, they never give you a... receipt unless you ask and act as if they make the sauce packets themselves when you for 1 more. ITS ALWAYS AN ATTITUDE WITH ANYEMPLOYEE AT THAT WINDOW..I will admit maybe everyone called off one a day I went & the gentleman at the window did a great joband went back and probably cooked the food because it was FRESH which seems rarely. Out of 3 years going here only 2 goodexperiences .. retrain on being personable, people oriented, fast food awareness such as you're an employee to serve NOTcomplain and give attitude. Read more
The food is fresh and good. But frequently either they mix up the order with someone else's order or mess up the customized... order done through the app. In the most recent experience I had order Black Bean burritos and it clearly says no beef on thereceipt too. But when I got home, both my burritos had beef in it. I went back to store and requested to talk to the manager.When I asked the manager about this frequent issues with my order he just ignored me talking to him about the situation and waslike what was the order and he took the burrito I took with me to show them. Once he returned with the new order, I repeatedmyself about the situation and he replied to that by saying oh I am not here all the time. And further added we move too fast somix ups happen. I was so amazed by his response. I mean he acted as if they were doing a favor by making us a new order. Andduring the whole conversation he was never sorry about their mistake. I don't know how to explain them what it feels likeconsuming meat product if are a vegetarian. I hope the franchisee take proper actions regarding such issues. Wow. This place is a disaster. No one was at the front when I walked in. I had to go look around the side for anyone to notice... me. The lady that took my order was wearing headphones as she talked with me. The drink machine was broken. The bathrooms weredirty. There was a giant bucket of cleaner on the counter where orders are taken. There were mops in the walkway between theorder counter and the cook isle. At 6:45 PM, no pizzas were ready and they had to be fired which took 20 minutes. An item frommy order was missing when I received the food. The tables and chairs were dirty.
