It?s Taco Bell, not a 4th-generation family run little bodega where they use secret family recipes. It is what it is?fast... food. This location consistently get your order wrong. I ordered three Chalupa Supremes, which I've order before at other locations. ... This location under cooked the chalupa, and did not include the lettuce and tomatoes. I received three chalupas with chicken,sour creme and cheese. How is this place still open for business?!This is the WORSE TB in TB history. Unfortunately it is the closest to my house so I... have given them more than enough opportunities to NOT suck. But every time they meet my expectation of a negative experience.Missing items (not one but like half your order), they are ?out of? that item (how are you out of beans 95% of the time), ordervegetarian to open your food at home and find beef so you have to throw away your food. Don?t bother calling/emailing corporateor the manager, literately won?t get anywhere or hear anything or a on hold longer than I care to partake in. All I can say?goodluck if you chose to eat here. I ordered "two potato tacos, add black bean, no cheese". They gave me one(1) tortilla with lettuce and cheese in it. How... even. Ordered a potato taco again "Potato taco, no cheese, add black bean". Got a plane jane beef taco. They're honestly so badat this location, I question my sanity that I even know how to order a taco. Cause I'm just baffled that someone can be this badat putting potato in a tortilla. At this point I would HONESTLY 100% be impressed if they managed to stick an entire raw potatointo a tortilla. I have gone to this location four times to pick up orders for Uber and they always say the machine is down, which is a lie so... this time I was able to take a pic of these lazy employees at this location. I Ask for manager and store manager and was toldthey can?t give out the information. Which is also BS! They need new managers or store manager especially late nights. Read more
