I see a lot of old reviews complaining about how slow the drive thru was. Now they've gone to the other extreme. They want the... drive-thru to move so fast that you better know what you want by the time you pull up to the window. You only have a fewseconds to place your order or they tell you to go inside. It doesn't matter that you're the only car in the line, "they're ona timer". Fast service; yes but at the same time rude, rushed, and no straws, no napkins, no sauce and cold food provided.Worse experience ever! Read more
Horrible customer service rude employees and management screaming over customers as a health care worker We have always used... this location as our medical office is near by and have always have made two orders in the drive thru until today when theemployee decided she was going to be nasty and say only one order can be placed and continued to be rude I personally think it?sembarrassing how employees were carrying them self at this location do better ! The employees claimed the store was closed and refused to serve us at 10:30 pm despite the fact that their official hours showed... they were supposed to be open until 1 am. This location in particular has done this to us quite a few times. Management needs toknow that the employees are refusing customers during operating hours. Read more
I went there to find that the lobby was closed, and I went there on my electric bike so I wasn't able to go through the... drive-through. But an awesome employee named Johnny happened to see me on my bike and was kind enough to take my order, run intothe lobby and get it for me, and he didn't even charge me! Great customer service in this instance, very appreciated! Read more
I have to admit I don't eat here often but I think the price is great for the value you receive. It's always seems freshly... prepared and the fact that you can make it mild or spicy is a real benefit for sensitive paletes. I think it's a good, truly"fast food". Read more
