Barbie at the location on Florida Avenue took the time to tell us about the flavors, offered us samples, and sold us on the... waffle bowls she added extra cinnamon to! We got lucky with timing and having her undivided attention. We know it gets busy, butwe got there during happy hour, it starts at 2:00pm, when flavors are 30% off! We came in for a little date night and Revolution was rockin! The three working were absolutely killing it on both a customer... service aspect as well as working as a team to assist all the guest in the lobby even with some not so polite guest around theyall stayed positive and the ice cream is of course delicious! The place was beautifully decorated and quaint, not too busy at the time that I went , which was maybe an hr before closing... . Aesthetically I give it a 5 star. The menu was a bit hard to read. But it was very unique and different. You?ll either loveit or hate it. I loved it just some getting used to. Menu I give it a 3 star. Pricing was on the mid- high end , I paidroughly 23$ for 3 ice creams - which we all have an extra topping and a waffle cone. But seeing as how the pricing was high Iexpected a full cone. When we got a quarter into the waffle cone the rest was just an empty shell. Flavor was good. I give theserving and pricing a 3 star Again my experience was absolutely amazing, even though it was towards the end of the night , wewere sort of the last customers. I did not feel rushed! And again staff was incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming from startto finish. And before leaving I had to go to the restroom. When I came back the staff had offered and gave my daughters asticker each . The stickers were not only thoughtful but they are nicely made stickers to place on a phone cover, laptop , bike, truck , ect ect .. we ended up having and overall good experience at Revolution Ice Cream. I usually head to Bo?s for ice cream but wanted to try something different and wasn?t disappointed. The Eurotrash sundae was... incredible. I loved the biscoff cookie crumble and the portions were great. Nutella ice cream was amazing and service was fastand friendly. Would definitely come again! Read more
