Not sure what happened to one of my favorite restaurants. It’s hurts to say this but this is not the same Trangs I’ve eaten... at for over a decade. The vegan wonton soup: the wontons are smaller and they give you a lot less. Those tasty vegan ham slicesare gone too. The vegan steamed buns: smaller and the filling is not as good as before. The vegan lemongrass chicken: overlyspiced and I couldn’t taste the lemongrass at all. The vegan spring rolls were the only item we enjoyed. We want to continueto support this place but if the food doesn’t go back to the way it is or improve, I’m sad to say we may not eat here again. Read more
I barely give critic reviews but this place is out of my imagination. THE WORST PHO I’VE TASTED IN MY LIFE! The service was... very clumsy and the kitchen basically talks so loud that all the customers can hear it from the front. The price is ridiculouslyhigher than other Vietnamese restaurants. Our appetizer (chicken wings) came out last and the meat wasn’t even cooked. Pleasesave yourself from this experience!! Read more
We've been going here for years & the food is always great! Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options and the staff are friendly.... Usually nice and quiet there, too. HIGHLY recommend the Vegan Imitation Curry Chicken and spring rolls! Read more
I got the spring roll on rice noodle. Quite refreshing with slight spice (almost non-existent, but I’m from the Caribbean).... Also very light and satisfying. Workers there were positive and professional. The eating space looks clean as well. Read more
The Pho had the best brooth I've ever had. The ingredients were delicious as well; however, the large was small and not a lot of... ingredients. There was almost no tendon and no tripe. My wife said her fried rice had too much rice and not enough otheringredents. I had the papaya salad. It did not have any flavor except for the mint which was overpowering. Read more

The food is ridiculously greasy. I ordered the chicken rice noodle soup and it had a cm thick layer of grease. If you can get... past the grease, then the soup base itself doesn't taste like any pho I've ever had. It is NOT good. The noodles are so gummythat they just smooth right in your hand. The duck sauce is actual a chili oil based duck sauce. Would not recommend eatingthere. Read more
