I?m Deaf and absolutely could not hear the cashier even when I asked him to speak up. Both workers had attitudes with customers,... they couldn?t scan my app coupon (that could be used in-store or mobile for a free smoothie) so I had to do a mobile order inthe store, then when I finally got my food the bread was burnt on the edges. 2 stars only cuz if you get the Blueberry Blisswith white chocolate it?s always fire. It has been weeks since I posted the below review and Tropical Smoothie Cafe has yet to respond to any of my messages. Very... disappointing from a company I truly used to enjoy. I visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe last Sunday. I ordered a smoothie anda wrap. Within a few minutes of paying for my order, one of the employees came out to say there was no one able to make fooduntil 4:00 and anyone who just ordered would have to wait. It was 3:15. I had somewhere to be, so was unable to wait. I askedfor a refund and was told no one working knew how to process a refund. I tried to see what my options were as I had alreadypaid, but both of the employees working had no idea how to handle the situation. One of the other patrons in the same situationsaid this same thing happened to him 2 months prior and he had a post-it note written for him to receive his meal at a laterdate. I received the same post-it note, but do not live close enough to this location to probably be able to honor it (if anyoneeven would). I had to leave as I was running late at this point, without my food or a refund. I have written to the companyprivately since this happened as I am still astonished at the situation, but have not received a response. It is an absolutelyhorrible way to run a business. I understand staff shortages and maybe not having enough time to train (although this hashappened twice in two months), but at least make an attempt to right the wrongs when they do occur. I would warn anyone whowants to order food at this location to make sure they have the staff to prepare it before paying for your order. Read more
Firstly, if you're going to put "Caesar" in the name of a food item you should probably make sure said food has that ingredient.... Luckily I had some in my fridge to add. Secondly, teach your people how to properly cut a wrap. Someone told them to cut itcorner to corner and now I have an awkward taco that's falling apart. Saw someone post a review that said they got smart andstopped cutting them so they wouldn't fall apart. Apparently that employee was "corrected" or quit. First time here because I normally go to Smoothie King. Their smoothie is pretty good. I got the Island Green and I tried the... China Banana Boost they both were delicious. They have some great deals on certain which I will post at the bottom of my review.The customer service was excellent which is something I always love especially going into a new place. I recommend TropicalSmoothie to Smoothie King customers to try. Read more
Worst place i ever ordered from I asked for a blimey limey with kale spinach and ginger with half sugar nun of those ingredients... made it inside my drink instead i got the drink regular with extra extra sugar just sad when everything is written in front ofyou i used to work there its not that hard.
