Great Food , I no everywhere is short staffed right now & ppl are stressed,so I try to have more patience with people in... hospitality. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE! RAISED THE PRICES AND LOWERED THE QUALITY. $10.49 plus tax and my niece can make a better... grilled cheese than this! Shame on you guys, Village Inn ???????? Your garbage has been recognized. Manger offered nothingexcept to remake it himself, no thanks, I’m good . I used to work in a restaurant. I know what happens when you send foodback. The food is good. I always enjoy visiting Village inn. The manager Dean is the most rude, disrespectful, inappropriate person in... that place. He have 0 respect and a terrible attitude. Got here at 10am, waited for 15 minutes to be seated, nice corner booth. Got drinks and placed order for food, then was... forgotten. We watch as people that was sat after us get there food, finish their food and leave. What time did we get our foodyou ask, at 11:30am. Manager came around and was asking how things was, I hate to complain so I said nothing, but girlfriendsaid what was on her mind. We got bill and was walking out, Manager step in front of me and I side stepped around him,girlfriend had to tell me he wanted the bill. I do appreciate the gesture don't agree with what happened and still only goingto leave at 2 stars, food was good and would have paid for it because the food was good. We went there on Christmas day . And they were busy . But we gotten served. Hat off to the general manager keeping his cool... with a difficult customer. Village Inn on 4th street Rock ????. Keep up the great work guys. Read more
