WOW! The family feel of this restaurant was incredible. We experienced kindness and a genuine care for us as guests. Along with... that, we had a phenomenal dinner! We ordered the specials - lamb shank with fettuccini Alfredo pasta and the lobster raviolitopped with shrimp. Our daughter got the butter bowtie pasta and she loved it. We finished our meal with espresso and tiramisu.My wife and daughter were each given a rose (2 each for that matter - 1 by the owner and 1 from our waiter). It was a very sweetgesture! By far the best restaurant experience I have ever had!! Not only was the atmosphere, the ambience, and the cuisine absolutely... perfect but the service, the hospitality, and the emotions were well crafted. The food, 5 stars// gnocchi pesto to die for wenttwo days in a row just for it; the peppernero filet mignon, godly My fiance and I were personally serenaded to for ouranniversary. Came to this restaurant because of the amazing reviews, but the food honestly wasn?t my favorite. Still was good, but I felt... like my money would have been better spent elsewhere - I would have paid $15 for my meal but it was around $22. Giving 4 starsfor everything else: bread and pesto to start off the meal was amazing, workers were very friendly - the owner came up to us afew times and was so nice, a dessert tray was brought to us to pick from (I?ve never seen this before), and I was given a roseas I left the restaurant from a sweet waitress. Great food at a very reasonable price. The night we were there they had live music and one of the waiters started singing, and... he was unbelievably good. They had an amazing special appetizer, a pasta dish I can't even describe, some kind of pear pasta.Sounds weird, but rocked my pallet! The past is freshly made,, the real deal.. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food and service makes it well worth a visit. Authentic Italian food and ... staff. The tables are set up a little tight which made dining feel like a group experience. You can bring your own wine if youlike. $18.75 cork fee. We'll definitely be back. Read more
