Went to this location which was very busy. Staff did not greet when walking in to let us know there was a wait or that they... would be right with us. In the midst of waiting for our table the staff was arguing back and forth with each other about notwanting to wash dishes and other staffing issues. Then as we are sitting there the staff is fighting and arguing with customers.Using foul language back and forth. It was very unprofessional. Came in with a bunch of people at around 3am, and even though many of the party weren't sober, the service was exceptional and... understanding. Very helpful and attentive, even chatted with us. Not many Waffle Houses get that personal, especially so late atnight with a rowdy group. It was a pleasant experience! Read more
