Honestly, if I can leave zero stars, I would let?s just begin with the fact that this lady was very rude while I was purchasing... my items in line she had attitude while telling the guy that she does not speak English poor customer service. In my opinion Ithink the workers there should be more nice and more helpful and take the time to help the DoorDash people that are bilingual.I?m sorry I couldn?t catch her name but she has no hair. and wears glasses .. Today I Bought a Southwest burger and it didn't come out well or good nor did the fries. I called in too see about a new order... in talking to a rep of the store a cook gets on the phone says he's a manager as well ; and that nothing was wrong with theorder because he made it . Therefore I would not receive a new order nor a refund. Hahaha What in the Wawa was this man thinking????. Poor review for the customer service , the food , and most definitely Management. New staff just slopping food together. My sandwich was covered with honey mustard on the outside, but none on the inside. My... wife's breakfast bowl was just a sausage biscuit with some caramelized onions on top. Half of their product doesn't existanymore either. No spinach, no Expresso shots.
