Honestly, if I can leave zero stars, I would let?s just begin with the fact that this lady was very rude while I was purchasing... my items in line she had attitude while telling the guy that she does not speak English poor customer service. In my opinion Ithink the workers there should be more nice and more helpful and take the time to help the DoorDash people that are bilingual.I?m sorry I couldn?t catch her name but she has no hair. and wears glasses .. Today I Bought a Southwest burger and it didn't come out well or good nor did the fries. I called in too see about a new order... in talking to a rep of the store a cook gets on the phone says he's a manager as well ; and that nothing was wrong with theorder because he made it . Therefore I would not receive a new order nor a refund. Hahaha What in the Wawa was this man thinking????. Poor review for the customer service , the food , and most definitely Management. This Wawa has the sweetest lady at the register. She is always in a good mood and will make you day just a little better.
Love the food so much!! But, i feel they could use better customer service skills, as I feel ignored every time I go in there,... until I've stood there trying to get their attention for like 5-10 minutes. Used to be my favorite store, with new staffing they can't even keep the coffee center full. Three times in a row now no coffee... same reply didn't get a chance to brew any. At lunch rush are you serious!!!!!! The bacon has been coming out burned as wellthis facility needs to get a handle on things. Waited patiently for over 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. Once I got tired of waiting since there were people getting... their food left and right I asked where's my order. They had not made it knew exactly what I had ordered but they forgot Ifinally got my food after 30 minutes of waiting. But they forgot my sour cream, and instead of grabbing me fresh sour cream Iwas handed sour cream that I watched be placed on the counter for over 15 minutes it was warm when I got it sour cream should becold. Not to mention the quesadilla I ordered was so soppy and wet, so many things wrong with the service here at this Wawa Iwill order food from a Wawa ever again I may never even go to a Wawa ever again. The people who work there care more aboutmopping the floor during a rich then actually tending to customers. New staff just slopping food together. My sandwich was covered with honey mustard on the outside, but none on the inside. My... wife's breakfast bowl was just a sausage biscuit with some caramelized onions on top. Half of their product doesn't existanymore either. No spinach, no Expresso shots.
