there was not any hand soap in the ladies bathroom. so i went to tell a store clerk got a lady in a purple shirt she asked me... what i wanted, i told her that there was not any soap in the bathroom she radioed someone about the soap issue. i went and paidfor my items and went back to the bathroom someone went and put soap (maybe) in a small cup and left it by the sink. usuallyits best if you put soap in the dispenser not in a cup. thats odd and being immune compromised i constantly have think aboutexposure to weird stuff. having soap left on the counter in a cup in public store bathroom made it feel just a bit slum like. Employees are usually friendly and helpful. Im here all the time for Tesla Supercharger. Food is always fresh and quick. **(But... please tell me why the restroom is closed so often? Like its blocked and unusable. And I dont mean the time while it was beingconstruction upgraded for several days a few weeks back. Is someone simply too lazy to clean so they stack boxes to block thehallway rather than clean? This is like one of busiest wawas I've ever seen. Not having a restroom while being here for 30 minto an hour and after eating and drinking here has got to be some kind of human rights violation or extreme torture and quitefrankly highly unacceptable. Worst WAWA ever!! Ordered 2 drinks in the app & also paid in the app. Ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes because two employees... decided to argue back & forth instead of serving customers. After awhile another employee in the food area offered assistance.In doing so, my drinks were found sitting on the stand between the food and the drinks, instead of in front of the drink standwhere they usually go. Not only was my lunch break wasted, the "smoothie" I ordered had enough ice in it to be a fountaindrink!! I'm not sure if there is a specific dress code but the employee who made my drink had on a black shirt with a collar(the manager I assume). She was also the one arguing with the other employee. So much so she seemed to be in tears. I will nevergo back, ever! I also hope the other young lady is okay, because if that was the manager she needs to be removed from thatposition due to horrible treatment of customers AND employees. Read more

Worst Wawa in all of Tampa. This location really gives Wawa a bad name. The coffee is never fresh. It's hit or miss with... everything here and 98% miss. I don't think they clean the coffee machines as all of them taste equally as bad. I mean even thefood from the deli is horrible a lot of the time here but the coffee is definitely worse. This has been a consistent experiencefor 3 months. I only keep coming here because it's the closest to my job hoping that things will improve but after 3 monthsnothing has improved. Read more

I truly expected much more from a WaWa staff member this experience has left me livid?.it?s evident that as a lead... professionalism is required! But unfortunately that was not what I received. When a person?s phone is lost you don?t pick upthe phone very rudely and not provide the necessary information and hang up in a persons face that is very concerned and I hopethis personally get to that horrible employee I was calling my fiancé?s phone who didn?t come home on top of that his elderlymother was concerned because this is unusual. This is someone?s father,son,sanificant other we were WORRIED and to answer andhang up on us was not the way to go about it! Then to not answer anymore after?I had to call 5 stores before I realized it hadto be the 50th st location she evidently did not have sympathy at all it?s very pathetic and immature to treat concerned familylike that when they are looking for someone a loved one!!! Put yourself in our shoes! What if it was your blackson,husband,nephew or someone important to you in general I definitely would like a personal apology and need someone higher upto know about this.
