One of the worst wawa's I've been too, there's only ONE good cashier (older black lady who usually works mornings). The... restrooms are disgusting, 90 percent of staff have an attitude, the lines are long and there's always someone either in front ofthe store or in the store begging for money which can be a true off. Food orders are never right so I just completely stoppedordering food as staff get rude with you for messing up your food. Read more

10/27/2022 is when I received the best customer service from Mrs. Lynette. While I?m the middle of training , her and the... trainee assisted me with trying to use my google pay on the phone. The most patience I?ve see from an employee in any industryfor a long time here in Florida. Then, when I went to where the smoothies were, the employee by them of Samantha made sure Ireceived fresh and cold smoothies. Since I took so long with the google pay situation, my original smoothies were a bit on themelting side. So Samantha made me some fresh ones. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond !!!! Read more
