This is the worst Wawa in the city! They never have food and won't serve you food at night even though they are fully capable... every time I come to this was past 11 pm they will not serve you food even tho it's a 24 hr non stop convenience store. The store milk steamer is broken and"has been for a while", so after standing around for my order to be made I'm told that I can... have my drink cold. I don't want cold milk for my hot espresso. They did give me a refund but offered no apology or alternativein any way. I drove out of my way to get to this Wawa and waited for them not to give me what I waited for and they couldn't bebothered to try and satisfy a customer. Read more
I ordered a hoagie here, and they got the order wrong, but I didn?t notice till I got home. Gave them a call and they were very... nice with making sure I get another sandwich for free. When I cam in for it, the manager was extremely kind and helped me rightaway. Best gas station in tampa! Read more
I come here every morning for my iced coffee on my way to work and Tamika does a great job. She is always the one working the... drink counter and makes the drinks delicious, she?s fast, and has a pleasant attitude. This is my favorite Wawa in the area toget my drinks. Read more
Saturday June 25 3:30 am just leaving from dropping my daughter off at the airport,,have to get ready for work. I decided to... come wawa to get a cappuccino to get my day started. The cappuccino machine was up no one had started to work on it yet becausethe lady was to busy talking ,I ask how long it would take to clean the machines she replies an hour, but remember she has notstarted cleaning yet because she is talking. I ask to speak to a manager he was so not concerned about my complaint. I couldhave got me a cup of cappuccino. Customer service was not perfessonal. I come in wawa every day, and live the Trinity. Three gas pumps out of order. Something caution taped off by the entrance too. Sketchy people milling around outside -seems... common place? why? Employees seem terse; not friendly like customer-facing employees should be. Wanted to hang around at thetables outside to eat n drink our stuff but decided to leave. Read more
This place is known for rude service. The two ladies named Jannette and LaToya are extremely rude. They yell at people and it... seems that they get angry from making so many sandwiches and take that out on innocent people. If you are unhappy with makingsandwiches for others, then go get another job. Jannette and LaToya deserve to be making sandwiches for the rest of their lives. Read more
