This Wendy's has always been kind of poor but today was a whole new low. Waited in drive-thru line for 15 minutes then got to... the order speaker. No one said anything so I called out to them only to be told that they "are doing shift change and it will be10 minutes before we can take you order". Are you kidding me. Never ever stopping at this Wendy's again. I hope they close ! Read more
Shut it down. Never give you what you ask for, they open late and at times can?t even take your order. The ladies who work in... the morning are great but all other day parts give this place a bad name. Read more
Horrible. Shorted the sandwich and cold fries. I called. The employee who answered says Wendy?s on Gunn. I told her I was just... there and was shorted a sandwich. Her response was ?Ok, And?? Someone who does not belong in the hospitality industry. Spendyour money elsewhere. Read more

The fast that I paid for food that looked liked it had been just sitting for a while.... Not any of the food was hot nor... freshly made..... It is such a shame how this restaurant seem to bring true meaning to what I always say. ( Hardly anybody go towork to work these days...most just go to work to get paid)...it is so sad but true. This Wendy?s at Dale mabry and Fletcher (Fresh Market plaza) just served me an ice cold hamburger that didn?t even look fully... cooked. It obviously was partially cooked a while ago and set aside. Fries were nice and hot but not returning here ever. Theirslogan is ?always fresh?. Don?t think this was the case. Read more
6/13/21 at 9:50pm Forgot half my order. When I opened the bag 2 cheese sauces spilled over everything. When I went inside to ask... about my order I was called a liar until I walked to the front door to get the customer service number then I was told I wascorrect and they pulled out the original bag of food I ordered as if they were going to eat it themselves and that's why theydidn't give me the third bag in the drive thru. NEVER EAT HERE. My chicken sandwhich was reheated and dark. Cheese sauce wascold. Customer Service extremely bad. Read more
The morning staff at this location is amazing. Pamela took my order and showed the most amazing act of kindness. She was... upbeat, playful, and eager to do her job. I had such a great experience with her that when I left I was still talking abouther. In todays world, it is no longer common for people to operate in kindness and love. I met her today and felt like I knewher forever. Also, in a world where people are judged daily or profiled this woman is Caucasian, my husband is black and I amHispanic. Never once did she even look at that. She only saw 2 people and provided Grade A customer service. I felt the needto share that bc there is so much hate evolving every where you go from every nationality and its time we start spreadingpositive vibes and how good all people can be no matter what.
