This wendys location suddenly refuses to give you your mobile order through the drive through even though the mobile app clearly... states to go through the drive through. We were told the app hasn't updated. We waited for the app to update, which it did onAugust 31st 2022 and it still instructs us to go through the drive through. My boyfriend goes inside as instructed and I sit inthe car and watch 2 full lines in the drive through get their food well before he makes his way out with our food. Even thoughwe've paid 10 minutes prior to everyone else it seems the owners of this Wendy's in particular do not want to encourage use ofthe app, while we've never had this issue at any other Wendy's location. Very irritated considering we come her often on ourlimited lunch breaks at work. Read more

Whoever the manager & franchisee is of this location should be extremely embarrassed. It?s ran by a bunch of entitled little... Westchase teenage brats. Zero customer service skills. Not friendly at all. No consistency. They need to shut this locationdown. Bring something better to the area. Read more

Horrible customer service, the woman taking the drive through order offered no greeting simply ?Can I take your order?? After... taking my order and directing me to pull up to the first window the cashier at the window didn?t say a word. She took my cardswiped it and said ?Next window?. Had I not been on a short lunch break I would have asked for a reversal of charges and leftbut, since I was short on time I proceeded to the next window. I was handed my order by a lady wearing a headset whom I assumewas the one who took the order, again no social interaction whatsoever. Just handed me the bag and walked away. I politelycalled for her (Excuse me Ma?am) and asked ?May I have some ketchup?? I was given the ketchup with a side of eye rolling. Tomake matters worse the fries were cold. Won?t be coming back (at least not to this location). I contacted corporate and if Idon?t get a satisfactory response from them then I?m a Chick Fila loyalist for life. Read more

The manager on duty would much rather smoke her cigarettes in front of the entrance then run a half decent store it seems. How... do you mess up a jr burger with only ketchup TWICE?! Then have the audacity to say i need to come back tomorrow to have theissue resolved?! Read more

Ok so the franchise must make time to review and revise employees and to demand they uphold the standards. This is purely a... management issue since this location has the ability to deliver quality but today that was not the case. Deflated soda with oldand rusty fries along with soggy burgers? this is ridiculous?.. you can?t taste the soda but take a look at the photos of thefood? it tastes just as bad as it looks..avoid this location until they lift the standards and change managers.
