I had to change my review. In the last 6 months they've changed the prices twice. And depending who's on the register the same... meal will have a different price on consecutive days. A 4for4 meal with a large soda yesterday was $4.89 and today was $5.21.The exact same meal. Cashier argued that the price of a 4for4 meal with tax was $4.89 which is not true since $4.00x.07 is$0.28. I understand inflation but this is not that. I've been coming to this spot for more than a year multiple times a week andwill probably change that. Read more

Don't eat inside, go through the drive thru and save yourself the trouble. Spent 10 minutes waiting to place an order when... there wasn't a line. No napkins, no ketchup cups, dirty tables, dirty plastic ware receptacles, no ice, just WOW. Also,dinning room smells like it wasn't cleaned properly, odor of old food. I don't see a manager but seeing how this place ismanaged he's probably the problem plus employees don't seem happy. Would not eat inside again, very bad experience. I think Iknow why the drive thru is always busy at night, not because of a surge in customers but the incompetent crew working here. Have some pride in your work, corporate should review this awful place. Read more

Sunday October 9, 22.... I went through the drive thru around 2:30 pm. The way the employee greeted me. She basically said what... do you want. I said excuse me!! She said can I help you. I ask for a bacanator combo meal.. she interrupted me and said med orlarge? I was still telling her what i wanted and then I proceeded to tell her i wanted med size and my drink. She againinterrupted me and I had to tell her i wasn't done. I ask for a frosty and proceeded to the window to pay. The look in her facewas the look of i don't want to be here. Now i understand why the attitude and bad customer service. ???? I will never referanyone to this location. This is Not how you treat your paying customers. If you don't want to work there ... then don't andlet someone who is good at customer service. Whoever owns this please take charge and build a better customer service. Over a year ago since my last review and this Wendy's has not improved at all if anything it has gotten worse. Almost midnight... on a Monday and they still have 20 cars in the Drive-Thru this Wendy's staff just cannot keep up on any day Read more

Went from a 5 star review to a one star. Waiting times are extremely long and my last couple orders were horribly cold. Will... drive to another location to get hot fries as advertised. ... and no receipts either. Seems likely kept out of bag to avoid acorporate complaint? Or genuinely forgotten? Read more

The customer service it?s to be desire. What happen to a smile and a welcome? Employees look mad. If they don?t desire to work... there then go somewhere else. No uniforms? No hair cover? No gloves? Wendy can do much better than this. Read more
