After placing my order I wanted to switch my drink choice to a soda... I ask for a soda they say they don't have soda... so I... said I was trying to substitute with the lemonade choice but you're charging me $3 for it and you don't have soda. How is thatfair? Workers were incompetent and impolite. Waited 45 minutes for dine in food, where they completely forgot my order. After waiting... that long, not much of an apology was made, no refunds given or anything. Workers also had their children running around insidethe store AND the kitchen. Read more

All the night staff are idi@ts I?m a delivery driver. I arrive at the store, I intend to get out of my car to pick up the... order, an employee who goes outside tells me that I have to go to the drive thru, I go by the drive thru and they tell me that Ihave to go into the store to pick up the order, I go I park and when I try to enter the premises they have all the doors closed.I breathe and go to the drive thru again and the employees tell me that I should go into the establishment to pick up the order.I explain that all the doors are closed and they tell me no... Anyway, it seems that everyone is smoking in that store , theycould very well give me the order through the window and they didn't, they just made me lose time, I had to cancel the ordersbecause I wasn't going to play stupid games..... The breakfast is great(maple bacon chicken sandwich but on a biscuit and with egg and cheese is so good) but I got a new... favorite in the Asiago Ranch Club(no lettuce and tomato) and oh my God it's so good. Read more

I had opened my salad and realized that there was mold on it. It made me sick to look at and honestly not want to eat anything... else i had. Also the fires did not taste like they usually do. The customer service was terrible. Read more

Let me say.... the person who took my order and the guy at the window had great service. Alot of times when I order fast, I ask... for fresh food. If enough cars are in the drive through, I don't because you'll have to keep dropping food anyways in order tokeep up. It's likely to be fresh when you have alot of people ordering. This day, I didn't ask for it fresh. Boy was that abig mistake! I went back and asked if I could wait for fresh food (Nicely. I wasn't mean at all). The owner came to the doorwith my food to tell me that "he doesn't give out cold food". Imagine my surprise to have to speak to someone with poor serviceafter the great service that I previously had. He then proceeded to close the door before I could say anything. I mostdefinitely had a few things to say including I never once mentioned the food being cold. I asked for food fresh. Do yourself afavor and find another Wendy's. The attitude and tone that he had was ridiculous over a $5 meal. From one business owner toanother, here is my advice for the owner.... don't speak to customers! You are rude and don't deserve to own a restaurant. I'msending this to corporate!
